I have done many TICs and they work OK, but unless you are one of the principal investors most likely the management fees will kill you in the long run, and you won't be able to 1031 out of the TIC you get into.

please help old alarm clock problems?
my alarm clock is possible from 60s or 70s. i went to goodwill and found this cool clock but once i got it home i noticed the alarm had become very low pitch so i know id sleep through it. ive asked around and learned that clocks eventually get low pitch and was wondering if i could do anything to it to get it loud again. if it helps its a spartus corpation model 1031-61 sunset light
