Donna asks…My old property manager is trying to charge me for the carpet.?My old apartment property manager in California is trying to charge me 550.00 for replacement of the carpet. I now live in Texas. When we turned in the keys we did a walk through and she found some nicks and a small hole in the wall and she said it was dirty and need to be clean. It was going to be 110 for cleaning, 25 for the hole 45 for the paint touch up. It was fair and i was fine with that so me and my wife signed the paper that had all the areas that need work. I
