Michael asks…Abandoned Property Rights in California?Ok here it is. I bought a TV via Amazon. It arrived damaged. The shipper stated he would have UPS pick it up and have a replacement sent. I received the replacement in good order but the original damaged set was never picked up by the shipper or UPS. At what point in time does the item become abandoned property in California? Am I responsible to contact the shipper and tell them their product is still sitting in my home or is that the shippers responsibility? I know that when UPS
