court has ordered child support payments to come from Social Security payments to spouse. Attorney General is garnishing my wages in addition to what the ex is getting from social security. She says she is not giving it back. Instead of court ordered 31. I am paying 23. Need to get a court order to stop the garnishment.

Well there is a granishment for some of it but aren't you paying the rest directly? Simply stop paying the extra amount and if she brings you to court you show that you've paid
