please help old alarm clock problems?

Which is a better steam trap?

Don't use a flash drive - they can be a bit twitchy to say the least - especially cheap ones with a large capacity. Back it up on CD, i tmay not have a huge capacity and you'll end up needing to use maybe ten of then but they'll be safe - as long as you store them well.

Do real estate wholesalers receive any tax breaks?
I understand that 1031 deferred allows normal fix and flip investors, etc. to invest money in other properties once they make a property. However, do wholesalers get this same benefit?

How do I know if my tech deck is rare?
At this point, I have a couple of habitats: Silas Baxter-Neal, Stefan Janoski, Garcia, Kerry Getz, Ed Selego, and another Silas Baxter-neal but in a diffrent style. I also have a 1031 that has a bunny sitting next to a tree, and a stedham that looks like it was scratched all the way down the middle. If I have only lived in my home for 8 months and sell it for a gain, but am buying a new home, do I pay taxes?

Why does my system 32 folder have many numbered empty folders in it?
The system 32 folder contains numerous empty folders in it. Most of them are named by numbers like 1028, 1031 etc..
Is this any problem? Can i delete the folders?
